CHRISTIAN Democratic Party candidate Philip Langfield has two reasons for running for the seat of Murray — firstly, to uphold the Christian value system in the nation.
And secondly, water.
A fourth generation farmer from Corowa, he believes our water systems, particularly the Darling, are suffering because of a lack of foresight and vision.
Philip is promoting a complete overhaul of the Darling River and its catchments and the construction of more dams in the upper catchments to reserve more water.
He will also campaign for an improved medical system and more schools in the region.
