Representatives of six different clubs took part.
In addition, 11 park runners recorded new personal best times, with Victoria Mitchell crossing the line first with a time of 17:30 - breaking the female record for the course.
The event was made possible by volunteers Lee Horan, Deb Robinson, Josephine Wong, Diana Hobby, Debra Van Beek, Felicity Munro, David Horan and Pat Menzies.
Benalla Botanical Gardens parkrun started on November 9, 2019.
Since then 472 participants have completed 1398 parkruns, covering a total distance of 6990 km, including 304 new personal bests.
A total of 78 individuals have volunteered 257 times.
The event is held from 8 am every Saturday, with participants to gather from 7.45 am by the gardens’ Adventure Park.
