Building approvals for two alfrescos, one in Honour Avenue and the other for Banff Street Corowa were among six building permits for Corowa, for March 2020.

A permit for deck and roof structure was given for Riesling Street, a roof over a wash bay in Thiess Street received the go-ahead, and a rainwater tank in Honour Avenue and a shed for an Honour Avenue property were also approved.
Overall, there were 13 building permits for the Federation Council area worth a combined value of $1.2 million.
The remaining seven permits were in respect of Mulwala, which included three new homes and three swimming pools.
