Thursday, June 2:
We had 10 players rugged up to play doubles and a single.
After three games no-one had won all three games which shows how even the competition was.
Of the seven players who won two games, Russell Smyth was the winner and Jay Grant was the runner-up.
Tuesday, June 7:

Doubles and a single were again on the agenda and again it was Smyth who had the best score winning three games for a total of +15 hoops.

Doubles Handicap Tournament
The weekend saw Rich River host the Golf Croquet Doubles Tournament, and 40 players from 17 different clubs enjoyed the magnificent courts to put on a spectacular display.
Two blocks of 10 teams played in a round robin competition over Saturday and Sunday, with the winner of each block playing off in the final.
John Young of Mooroopna and Chris Eiffert of Quarry Hill teamed up against Fay Harrison and Geoff Harding of Eastern Park, Geelong, to play off in the final.
It was a close and exciting game befitting the talents of all four players, but in the end it was Young and Eiffert who triumphed seven hoops to six.
Congratulations to all players for making it a successful event.
