Adam McCrae shot five under par but couldn’t get near the podium in A-grade with Denis Lobb a popular winner.
John Clancy, Wayne Eden and Pete James fought out B-grade and Mark Riley redeemed himself in the eyes of many after last week deciding to head to Noosa rather than Barnbougle with the Proshop boys.
John Dunne had a sublime wedge from 91m on 4 East for agle, but George and Des didn’t offer much praise, or for that matter, any highlights themselves on the day.
