“We had a good turn out of 26 teams for this event, and we thank all players for their support,” he siad.
“Over the two days the weather gods were very kind, and we all enjoyed the winter sunshine.
“On Saturday we played three games of 16 ends, and at the end of the day’s play there were five three game winners.
“Sunday saw a lot of very keen bowlers wanting to win the two games.
“After those two games were played we were left with only two five game winners, so a play off was required to decide the winner and runner up.”
