The 40-year-old Australian, who is best known for comedy drama series Orange Is The New Black, posted a video of herself slipping while walking around the edge of the pool on Instagram.
She said: "That's your girl, RIP to my ribs, and to the rest of my summer, they are broken, multiple.
"Straight to hospital, did not pass go or collect 200 dollars."
The video shows Rose losing her footing and then hitting a wall and tumbling into the pool, where she appears to land awkwardly and attempts to paddle to safety.
Rose most recently appeared in the film Dirty Angels in 2024, and played Batwoman in the TV series of the same name from 2019 to 2020.
The actor performed her own stunts for Batwoman, which led to her suffering two herniated discs in 2019 for which she had to undergo surgery.
She has also starred in films such as Resident Evil: The Final Chapter (2016), XXX: Return Of Xander Cage (2017), and The Meg (2018).
