Behind the pass is Chris Buzza, one of the Goulburn Valley’s best-known chefs and restaurateurs. His travels and love of foreign cuisine shape a menu of hotel classics and European masterpieces. The menus follow the seasons and what’s local, and specials often join the board. As the venue puts it, “it is great to experiment with new ingredients and creating new flavours.” Sounds like our kind of party.
