“At the moment, my partner and I are living together, and I think that an entertainment system would actually benefit us very well,” she said.

“We could do with a nice little sound system, so that would be amazing as we’ll have a bit more home entertainment for us, and we can have a few more guests over.”

Miss Cattanach was thoroughly surprised by her win, as success in a giveaway was rare for her.

“I always enter giveaways and stuff, but I never expect to win anything, so I think I was in quite a bit of a shock when I got the message,” she said.

“It felt amazing and it came at such a good time for me and my family, brought a bit of happiness to our world.”

Dekota Doonan

Local dog groomer Dekota Doonan has bagged second prize in the Love The GV giveaway.

Miss Doonan was awarded a $1000 voucher from Saint Stella Aesthetics, which she plans to gift to her mother, whose birthday is coming up soon.

The win came as a surprise for Miss Doonan, who said she didn’t usually win things.

“My partner is usually the one that wins stuff, so it was a nice surprise,” she said.

Miss Doonan was at Uncut Diamond, receiving her first tattoo, alongside her mother when the good news reached her.

Ms Doonan expressed her joy and appreciation for the unexpected win, especially as it came at a place linked to the third prize of the giveaway.

“I’m not typically a lucky person, and I don’t really ever win things, so it was nice for once,” she said.

Dylan Stanton

Car detailer Dylan Stanton clinched third prize in the Love The GV giveaway, scoring a $1000 Uncut Diamond voucher.

The win came as a surprise to Mr Stanton, who was at work when he saw that Love The GV had tagged him on Facebook.

“It feels pretty good (to win), actually. I wasn’t really expecting it,” he said.

Mr Stanton said he didn’t usually win such contests.

While he has plans to get a few tattoos, he also intends to share his prize with his partner.
