Forty Winks Echuca manager Jack Keogh said the store stocks one of the biggest ranges of bedroom furniture, manchester and accessories in country Victoria.

“If we don’t have what you’re after on our floor we have access to many different options from our different supplier partners,” he said.

For those chasing on-trend looks, Jack said light natural timbers are popular right now, but darker, moodier tones are making a comeback.

Storage and functionality, including lighting and charging ports, are also increasingly sought after.

“It’s a big option for people looking for a bed, to offer more than just somewhere to sleep,” he said.

For a more timeless aesthetic, Jack recommends considering Australian-made upholstery options.

“We have hundreds of different Warwick fabrics to upholster your new bedhead or base in,” he said.

One of the store’s standout offerings is the Valentine range.

“The Valentine is a game-changer for our customers,” Jack said.

“It has three different bedheads to choose from, as well as three different bases, which is great for people who want functionality, storage and style.”

The Valentine range will soon be expanded to four different bedheads and bases.

Forty Winks Echuca also uses a tool called BedMatch to help customers find the right mattress.

“After laying on our BedMatch test mattresses for three minutes, the machine will find the correct support that your body needs to get a restful night’s sleep,” Jack said.

“It does that by doing 1000 scientific calculations across 18 key body measurements including your height, the width of your shoulders, hips and waist.”

For couples with differing sleep needs, the store’s exclusive MySide range allows each person on a mattress to have the correct support they require.

Jack said good sleep was fundamental to overall health.

“Among other things, getting enough sleep helps support healthy immune, hormonal, cardiovascular and metabolic functions,” he said.

“It’s safe to say sleep is a key factor in living the happy, healthy life we all deserve.
