Anthony and Marion first met and married in Wentworth in 1950 before moving to the Victorian town of Murrabit where they initially share farmed for Anthony's father.
During the next 30 years, Anthony and Marion purchased and worked on their own dairy farm and raised three children, Carole (Tomkins), David and Jenny.
While Anthony was a keen sportsman, from football and cricket to bowls and golf later in life, Marion was very much the homebody.
After retirement, the pair relocated to Barham, where they spent 15 years, before residing in Swan Hill for the next 10.
Departing an aged care home in Echuca last year, Anthony and Marion have now settled into Royal Freemasons Benalla.
