Director Molly Craig said the Town Hall was being transformed into a nightclub of the 1920s with plenty of glitz and glamour.
“Ma Baker’s Tonic tells the story of Ritzy’s nightclub and the battle about whether the club will remain open after the Raffia Gang, led by Ace, played by Jamie Boatwood, attempt to force their way in,” Ms Craig said.

“At the same time the Purity League Ladies led by Miss Fit, played by Linda Simpson, come with a letter from the governor to close the club down.
“Will Nick, played by Tom Harrison, and Lily, played by Monique Hillenaar, be able to keep a hold of the nightclub?
“The show is full of laughs and great songs including These Boots are Made for Walking, My Way and Time Warp.”
