Benalla Festival Chair Cr Justin King said he was looking forward to the festival.
“The artistic additions to the Benalla Festival events calendar this year feature an incredible line-up of free or low-cost, high-quality arts and cultural experiences that locals and visitors can enjoy”, Cr King said.
The Benalla Festival, a celebration of community, culture and creativity, will be held from November 3 to 12, 2023.
