An important community satisfaction survey is under way, and will conclude in late July.
The survey, facilitated by independent market research agency National Field Services, has been designed to gather valuable feedback from residents about council services and performance.
Participation in the survey provides an opportunity for residents to share their views and help identify ways to enhance service delivery and improve outcomes for the community.
Similar surveys will be conducted across Victorian councils, ensuring a wide-ranging and comparative understanding of performance.
This is the first round of four surveys scheduled for 2025.
The current phase involves a representative sample of residents being contacted by phone to participate in the survey.
The council appreciates the time and effort residents take to provide their feedback during this process.
A Benalla Rural City Council spokesperson said all responses would remain strictly confidential.
“Only overall survey results will be shared with council to guide decision-making and future improvements,” the spokesperson said.
Residents with questions or concerns about the survey are encouraged to contact council for assistance on 5760 2600.
“Benalla Rural City Council thanks residents for their co-operation and valuable input into shaping the future delivery of services for our community,” the spokesperson said.
