Benalla Theatre Company is looking forward to bringing its latest live show, Mamma Mia, to Benalla next month.

At the centre of the production is the story of a young woman trying to find out who her father is, and in this case there are three possibilities.

Sophie (Jacqui Creamer) is just about to be married and takes a big chance and invites the three men to the wedding.

The prospective dads (Stephen Winkler, Jim Tullberg and Jamie Boatwood) arrive not quite knowing why they’ve been invited.

Seeing Donna (Dianne Feldtmann) again brings back old memories for them all.

Will Sophie find out who her dad is? Will there be a happy ending? You’ll have to come along and see for yourself.

Weaved throughout the story is the fabulous music of ABBA, featuring songs such as Money, Money, Money; Thank You For the Music; Honey, Honey; Dancing Queen; and, of course, the title song Mamma Mia.

BTC’s production will be performed at Benalla Performing Arts and Convention Centre on two weekends from May 20 to 28, which includes four matinees and three evening shows.

Tickets are available from the BPACC box office, at www.bpacc.com.au, or by phoning on 5762 5515.
