Berrigan and District Heritage Museum held a successful street stall last Friday.
Thank you to the community for its support. Funds raised go towards the ongoing preservation of Berrigan History and the updating of the Heritage Walk plaques and booklet.
Congratulations to Jill Petzke on winning the Berrigan Saw which was raffled.
At last week's AGM the executive was returned: President Marney Dalgliesh; vice president Tom Pyle; secretary Marnie Steer; treasurer Lucille Dickins.
In her president's report, Marney reported on the busy year the committee has had, from the Revisit Berrigan week in October 2024 which included a cemetery walk and a Trove information day, to working on updates for the heritage walk, and the annual placing of poppies at the cemetery for Anzac Day.
The museum has joined the Southern Riverina Heritage Group and is planning another cemetery walk for the new year.
The museum is open each Wednesday morning from 9am.
