Ms Cleeland said having accurate enrolment information was one of the simplest ways to ensure every local voice was heard.
“The next few years will shape the future of our region and I want to make sure every eligible resident has their say,” Ms Cleeland said.
“Whether you’re voting for the first time, you’ve recently moved, or something in your household has changed, now is the perfect time to check your enrolment.”
Ms Cleeland said many people forgot to update their details after moving, which could lead to missed voting information or confusion on polling day.
“It only takes a minute to confirm your address, but it saves a lot of stress and guarantees you receive the right ballot papers,” she said.
Ms Cleeland said this election was especially important for regional Victoria.
“Every vote will count if we want to see a new government elected and a better deal for country communities,” she said.
Residents can easily check or update their details online via enrolment.vec.vic.gov.au
“I want to see every eligible voter across the Euroa electorate enrolled and ready,” Ms Cleeland said.
“Take a quick moment now so your voice is counted in November.”
