The CWA Moira Group will hold its bi-annual Creative Arts exhibition in Benalla this month.
The Country Womens Association, Moira Group, will hold its bi-annual Creative Arts exhibition in the John Cooper Uniting Church Hall, Benalla on Friday, April 17 from 1pm–4pm and on Saturday, April 18, from 9.30am–3pm.

The public are invited to attend and view the sewing, embroidery, crochet, knitting, spinning, weaving, felting, toys, patchwork, scrapbooking, cooking, jams, preserves, horticulture, art and photography entries made by CWA members.
Moira group president Jan James said CWA members from Benalla, Boorhaman, Corowa, Benalla Night Roses, Rutherglen, Swanpool, Thoona and Yarrawonga and Border branches have all created beautiful entries.
“There will also be some craft demonstrations during the day,” she said.
“Judging takes place on the Friday morning and then opens to the public at 1pm.
“The competition winners for the various categories are announced at the official opening at 2.30pm.
“A delicious Devonshire tea will be provided by the Swanpool branch members, who are hosting this exhibition.”
Admission to the exhibition is $5 for adults, while children are free. The Devonshire Teas are $5.
