In partnership with Dementia Australia, Benalla Rural City Council is hosting free Brain Hub sessions this September for anyone interested in learning about dementia, including local community members and healthcare providers.
These sessions will take place at Benalla Library on September 15 and 17, during Dementia Action Week.
Experienced facilitators from Dementia Australia will lead the Brain Hubs, providing valuable information, education and support on dementia.
These sessions are open to anyone concerned about their own memory, or that of a family member or friend.
Come along for insights, reassurance and guidance.
The Brain Hub workshops, titled Worried About Your Memory?, will be held from 2pm to 4.15pm, Monday, September 15 and Understanding Dementia will be delivered from 2pm to 4pm on Wednesday, September 17 at the Sir Edward ‘Weary’ Dunlop Learning Centre (Benalla Library).
