Emblem Benalla unveils display homes, blending luxury with sustainability

Emblem Benalla is one step closer to welcoming residents, with its display homes now complete and open for inspection.

Emblem Benalla director Rowan Pollard said the beautifully crafted homes highlighted the exceptional quality of the entire project.

“Each home (has been) thoughtfully, architecturally designed to enhance the enjoyment and comfort of everyday living,” he said.

Designed with homeowners in mind, Emblem Benalla features spacious bedrooms, including walk-in robes and ensuites for the master bedroom.

“The homes boast impressive 2.7m-high ceilings, providing a sense of openness, along with generous storage and cupboard space throughout,” Mr Pollard said.

“In line with our commitment to sustainability, the homes are designed to keep operational costs low.”

Each home comes with wall and roof insulation, as well as double-glazed windows as standard.

Energy-efficient reverse-cycle air-conditioning units are installed in both the living area and the master bedroom for optimal heating and cooling.

Emblem Benalla offers various floor plans, including one, two and three-bedroom homes, with the option of single- or double-car garages.

“In addition to living in beautifully designed homes, residents of Emblem Benalla will have access to a wide range of exceptional community facilities,” Mr Pollard said.

“These include a clubhouse with a lounge, library, and poolroom, an indoor swimming pool, a sports pavilion, a bowling green, a putting green, and plenty of landscaped gardens and open spaces—perfect for enjoying leisurely walks with your dog.”

Emblem Benalla operates on a Land Lease model, which means residents can own their home while leasing the land it sits on.

“To further support affordable homeownership, Emblem Benalla features a modest deferred management fee,” Mr Pollard said.

“We understand that flexibility is important, so we offer two options for when the DMF is charged: either on entry, based on the purchase price, or on exit, based on the sale price.

“Our goal is to provide a solution that meets the needs of every resident.”

The displays are open on Wednesdays between 2pm and 2.30pm and Saturdays between 10.30am and 11am.
