FCJ College Benalla's Class of 2020 celebrate end of era

So, it was with much festivity, when the class was finally back on campus together, they could celebrate their final day of school with those they have shared a classroom with for more than a decade.

With a virtual assembly and picnic lunch on the front lawn of the college grounds capping off a bittersweet ending to their time at FCJ College, Principal Joanne Rock said the school was extremely proud of its class of 2020.

“Last week they celebrated their end to 13 years of formal education with humour, dignity and gratitude,” Ms Rock said.

“There were times over this year when we wondered if we would be able to celebrate as a group, but it all came together thanks to staff and students working together and focusing on what we could do, not on what we couldn’t.

“Congratulations Class of 2020.”
