The survey is part of a year-long program designed to collect feedback from residents about council services and overall performance.
Conducted by independent research agency National Field Services, the survey involves a random selection of residents being contacted by phone to participate.
The information gathered will help council better understand community expectations and identify opportunities to improve the way services are delivered.
All participants and their responses will remain strictly confidential.
Only the overall survey results will be shared with council to guide decision-making and future improvements.
Residents with questions or concerns about the survey process are encouraged to contact council’s customer service team on 5760 2600.
A council spokesperson said it thanked residents for their co-operation and valuable input into shaping the future delivery of services for the community.
“Please note, survey calls will never come from mobile numbers, and the survey caller will not ask for your name, as surveys are anonymous,” the spokesperson said.
“(Nor will they) ask any other information that could identify you such as address, date of birth or bank account details.
“Please do not give your personal information to any cold-callers.”
