Recently relocating to an office space in the mall, partner Sarah Coombs said the TBA Law team was excited to expand its services in Seymour.
“We’ve been in Seymour for a while now, but this is our next step in terms of moving to something that’s more accessible to the community,” she said.
Ms Coombs said the firm primarily focused on family law, but also had experience in commercial services, wills and estate planning and property law.
From February 14 to February 18, the free consultations will provide general information about legal issues to point clients in the right direction before they officially engage a solicitor.
Ms Coombs said for complicated issues like family law or estate planning, it was always helpful to have a chat first.
“Coming to a lawyer can be quite daunting for some people, so (we give them) that peace of mind,” she said.
The free consultation period is something TBA Law runs a few times a year to help residents and and let future clients know what it offers.
“It’s also to introduce ourselves to the community,” Ms Coombs said.
“What we offer is a free 15-minute appointment to anyone that walks in for them to get a little bit of general advice.”
