“I’ve been involved from the word go, started the business myself and now have four employees as well,” Ali said.

“Our loyal customers, as well as our new ones, who continue to support and use our services, are a part of the business because they are always there and give us good word of mouth,” he said.
“They mean a lot to us; without them you don’t have a business.”
