Let Us Entertain You, Benalla’s theatrical and entertainment group, is hosting a trivia fundraiser on Saturday, July 1.
Attendees are encouraged to dress as their favourite star of TV, stage and screen with amazing prizes for the best dressed, best dressed table and more.
The money raised will be used to support it to produce and present theatre and live entertainment in the Rose City.
Attendees will experience a great night of general knowledge, games, fun and fabulous outfits, with lots of tricky brain teasers.
LUEY secretary and event organiser Anna Smith said it would be hosted by Melbourne duo Nicola McKay and Therese Williams, better known as the Gumboot Theatre.
“Nicola is the entertaining and effervescent emcee and Therese Williams the inestimable quiz master,” Ms Smith said.
“Guests are welcome to have dinner beforehand in the Benalla Bowls Club dining room from 5pm.”
Put a team together of up to eight people and test your general knowledge and trivia.
Come along and support Benalla’s local theatrical company by having a laugh and trying your luck at trivia.
“We just love putting on a performance and the trivia night is going to be a real fun event.” Ms smith said.
“I can’t wait to see the creative costumes that people will wear.”
