The Festival will once again be held over two weekends, with the first weekend spotlighting events and activities in our rural townships, and the second weekend focused on vibrant celebrations within Benalla.
Benalla Festival Chair, Cr Justin King, said hosting an event was a fantastic way to get involved and showcase local talent, creativity and community spirit.
“The Benalla Festival is for the community, shaped by the community, and we’re always excited to see the diverse and imaginative events people come up with,” Cr King said.
“Whether it’s live music, an art show, a hands-on workshop or something fun for families, we encourage locals to get involved and bring their ideas to life.”
Cr King said the theme, Live Local, Love Local, was a reminder to celebrate what makes Benalla and its surrounding townships special.
“The Festival brings people together and shines a light on the pride we have in our region,” he said.
“If you’ve been thinking about hosting an event – now’s the time to act.”
