The day's proceedings began with a Welcome to Country and Flag Raising Ceremony prior to the Fourths football match.
Before the A Grade netball and Senior football games, members of the Jeithi Jerilderie Aboriginal Group conducted smoking ceremonies and performances on a didgeridoo.
Jerilderie's Senior Footballers and A Grade Netballers wore specially designed Indigenous guernseys and dresses created by local artist Sos Hawkins.
As part of the round, a special award featuring original artwork on a football and netball by Sos Hawkins, were presented following the senior matches. Ruby Neessen was awarded Best on Court in A Grade netball, while Brad Aylett received Best on Ground honours in the Senior football.
Well done on all involved for a successful day.
