Police said a Toyota Prado, travelling north on Corio St, clipped a Mercedes travelling west on Nixon St, while the two vehicles were in a roundabout at the intersection of the two streets on September 9.

The Mercedes lost control and smashed into the front of the Mental Health and Wellbeing Local building at about 6.35pm, police said.
The front glass of the building was damaged, while a Telstra junction was also ripped out of the ground.
