Car hits tree

Police are appealing for witnesses and dash-cam footage in relation to a vehicle that crashed on the Midland Hwy near Old Thoona Rd, Benalla.

About 7pm on Saturday, October 7, police received reports a silver Commodore sedan travelling towards Benalla had left the road and hit a tree.

The male driver was taken to hospital in a stable condition.

Police are appealing for dash-cam footage of the vehicle or witnesses prior to the collision to contact Benalla Highway Patrol on 5760 0200 or Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000.
