The guest speaker was 2020 Telstra Victorian Businesswoman Julie Hirsch, the founder of Eloments Vitamin Teas.
After enjoying a delicious lunch, and a Welcome to Country, a selection of Eloments Vitamin Teas were served with dessert in a special tasting.
Guests sipped away as Julie shared her vision for women in business and spoke about the women who manage their tea farms in Sri Lanka.
Every guest was also sent home with samples of the teas to take home and enjoy in their own surroundings.
The three-hour event was hosted at the Perry Pine Recreation Reserve.
The theme for International Women’s Day 2024 was Inspire Inclusion.

Salute from Michael
Michael Cavanagh has long wanted to bring his King Gizzard & The Lizard Wizard bandmates back to Deniliquin to perform.
He finally got his chance on Saturday, with schedules finally allowing the band to perform on the Deni Festival Site main stage at Play on the Plains.
The significance was not lost on his pals, who talked up the Deni-born drummer, his Deni connection and his family multiple times during the performance.
Michael saluted the crowd in reply, which elicited rapturous applause.
King Gizzard now embark on tours of South America, Europe and North America which will see them travelling for the rest of the year.
Everyone was joining in
Still on Play on the Plains, it was great to see our emergency services personnel enjoying themselves just as much as the ticket holders.
Ambulance Paramedics and Police were seen enjoying the silent disco with a few of the patrons early in the day before the day swung into full action.
In a silent disco, each participant can listen to whatever music they like through headphones.
Residual summer
Summer might be officially over, but the temperatures associated with the season are not quite ready to let up yet.
Deni and district has experienced tops of almost 40 degrees every day since Friday, with some reprieve yesterday when the mercury only rose to the mid-30s.
Another top of 38 is predicted for today, but come Wednesday, the temperature is expected to drop below 30 for the rest of the week.
But never be complacent.
Weather patterns have been a little unpredictable lately, so please make sure to slip, slop, slap and wrap every time you leave the house and stay hydrated.
