Stage one works have been under way at the 250 Toolamba Rd, Mooroopna, site since mid-April, including the creation of a four-lot industrial subdivision, an upgraded roundabout at the Toolamba Rd and Simson Rd intersection, and service connections.
With construction progressing well and roundabout works commencing on Monday, September 8, Greater Shepparton City Council will host a drop-in session at the site on Tuesday, September 16, from 12 pm to 1 pm.
Mayor Shane Sali said the session would give residents the chance to see the development up close and speak directly with the project team.
“Works at GV Link Enterprise Park are progressing well and the community would have seen lots of movement and activity in and around the site over the past few months,” Cr Sali said.
“The community information session is an opportunity to find out more about the project, speak with the Project Manager and the team from BMD who are undertaking the works, and ask any questions you may have.
“Council will also be planning another community information session for a Saturday morning in October when the weather is warmer, so there will be plenty of opportunities to visit the site if you cannot make the upcoming session.”
The GV Link Enterprise Park is one of the council’s major projects, aimed at boosting industrial development and supporting future growth in the region.
