Maybe you came along to one of the previous singing events and want to have another go — this time with a few more friends.
Maybe you secretly love Christmas carols and want to hide your passion in plain sight.
Or maybe the thought of looking out over Lake Benalla with a cold drink in hand, belting out a Christmas tune, is right up your street.
Whatever your reason, your season is here, and the singing won’t be far behind.
After two incredibly successful immersive choir events, Benalla’s Adam Toms and Catherine Burton are staging another, this time with a Christmas theme.
Mr Toms said it was no secret that Christmas was an expensive time for everyone, particularly those on a tight budget.
“So we wanted to raise some funds for Tomorrow Today to assist those in our community who need a little help this Christmas,” he said.
“And, of course, we wanted to get everyone together to sing.”
Once again, the song is a closely guarded secret, but Mr Toms promised it wouldn’t be anything by Mariah Carey.
“We can assure you it’s a ripper, and we’ll all have lots of fun with it, as always,” he said.
Dressing up in the Christmas spirit is strongly encouraged, as is bringing as many willing participants as possible.
The venue will be Munro & Sargeant in the Benalla Art Gallery, which will be hosting the event in the café and on its deck overlooking Lake Benalla.
Funds raised on the night will be used by Tomorrow Today to purchase items for food hampers to help those who are finding the holiday period a bit of a challenge.
The event is open to all ages, but an adult must accompany children under 18, as alcohol will be available for purchase.
Small Town Sing is being held at 7pm on Friday, December 8. Drinks and light nibbles will be available to purchase.
Tickets are $15 and can be purchased online via www.trybooking.com/CNBPP or for $20 at the door.
