More than 300 people came out to enjoy the beautiful weather and festive vibes.
The highlight for the younger attendees was a visit from Santa, who listened patiently to many a Christmas wish.
Members of the Rotary Club of Benalla were on hand to provide a delicious sausage sizzle.
Tomorrow Today’s Education Benalla program manager Sally Matheson said the twilight event included a graduation ceremony for more than 20 PEEP children who will be starting Prep in 2024.
“It’s wonderful to see so many children here who have been attending PEEP since they were born, now ready to take the next step in their education journey,” Ms Matheson said.

“I know that they will be missed but that their time at PEEP will help them to have a positive school experience.”
Board chair Louise Pearce said the event is a lovely way for PEEP families to socialise and connect with each other.
“We are very grateful to have the ongoing support of other local organisations and the wider Benalla community so that we can continue to do the work we do,” Ms Pearce said.
The PEEP program runs 16 sessions every week of the school term and caters for newborns to five-year-old children.
Each session is a mix of singing, storytelling, guided activities and information sharing.
The aim is to help parents and carers connect with one another and to support them in their role as their child’s first and most important ongoing educator.
PEEP sessions will recommence in Term 1 2024. For more information, call 5762 1211 or visit www.tomorrowtoday.com.au/
