Updated: Worker airlifted to hospital following incident at LS Precast

"The incident occurred at the factory on Murray Road about 10.33am," the spokesperson said.

"Police established a crime scene and will hand over the matter to WorkSafe."

Ambulance Victoria have confirmed that man was airlifted to the Royal Melbourne Hospital.

"A man in his 20s... was flown in a serious condition with upper and lower body injuries," An Ambulance Victoria spokesperson confirmed
