All coach routes into southern NSW returned to normal timetables and passengers on the North East Line train services have been able to resume boarding at Albury Station since November 1.
This includes the Benalla to Mulwala service.
Coaches heading to Canberra also resumed Monday and coaches travelling from Canberra to Wodonga and Bairnsdale resumed on November 2.
Passengers are asked to plan ahead and ensure they have the correct permits and meet the travel requirements of their destination.
A travel permit is required for passengers travelling to Victoria from green zones in NSW.
People travelling from amber zones (greater Sydney and the ACT) need to provide a travel permit and proof of double-vaccination status.
