Police have said the woman’s death is not being treated as suspicious.
Police will prepare a report for the coroner.
EARLIER, Thursday, March 23: Police are investigating the death of a woman at a Shepparton house on Wednesday, April 22.
Police said the woman was found dead at a Granthorn St address shortly after 7pm.
Police will await the results of a postmortem to determine the cause of death.
On Thursday morning, the house remained taped off with police tape, and a tent belonging to Shepparton Search and Rescue remained in the front yard.
The tent had been put up by police officers on Wednesday night.
A police guard also remained at the front of the property on Thursday morning.
