Moderate flooding is occuring now on the Seven Creeks at Kialla West.
Minor flooding is possible along the Goulburn River at Shepparton early Wednesday morning.
Minor flooding at Benalla is easing.
Rainfall across the Broken River catchment since Sunday has caused river level rises with minor to moderate flooding. No further significant rainfall is forecast for the catchment this week.
The Broken River at Orrvale was 5.64 metres high on Tuesday and was likely to exceed the minor flood level (6.80 metres) overnight Tuesday into Wednesday.
The river may reach the moderate flood level (7.20 metres) at Orrvale Wednesday morning, but further rises are still possible as upstream flows arrive overnight.
What you should do:
People in Orrvale, Kialla Lakes and surrounding riverside areas should follow their emergency plan and locate their emergency kit, if they have one.
Farmers should move livestock and machinery to higher ground.
Floodwater is dangerous and toxic - never drive, walk, play or swim in floodwater.
