The program’s youngest players raced each other’s passes with “Cut the Cake”, the older children enjoyed “Numbers Hockey”, while the junior development kids reinforced their new skills through mini-games resulting in plenty of goals.
Benalla Hockey Club president Lee Manning said all the players were loving the program thus far and hoped it would continue through the current COVID-19 pandemic.
“With the benefit of being able to stay two stick-lengths away from everyone, we hope that all hockey will be on this Thursday,” Manning said.
● The junior program starts at 5 pm before adults play at 6 pm. For more information, phone Lee on 0416 169 767 or email benallahockey@gmail.com
