Benalla Bridge Club
Last week's results again saw Kay Smith and her partners (Helen and George) successful in winning the NS section of our events. This continues a great run of success Kay has had in recent weeks, so well done. Geoff also had a very good week with first and second placings with Peter and Bill.
We had a great attendance of players on Wednesday, with two visitors from Wangaratta, Sonia and Sandra, winning the EW section scoring the best percentage for the week. There also continues to be definite improvement in the results that some of our new players are achieving, so we hope they are enjoying the challenge of playing Bridge.
There will be an information session from 5.45 to 6.30pm on Monday, September 8, for people who would like to find out more about Bridge, and what's involved in learning how to play - this will be at the Seniors Community Centre in Fawkner Drive, so if you would like to come, please email the club ( benallabridgeclub@gmail.com ) or text 0438 625 638 to register your attendance.
