After a break for the festive season, the Benalla Squash Club is ready to launch into providing squash for all in 2024.
The club is hosting free come-and-try nights to kick off the new year of squash and the new autumn season of the competition.
A club spokesperson said the regular players have had some recuperation time during the school holidays and need to get back to match fitness.
“There may be many people that haven’t played for a while that wish to see if they’ve ‘still got it’,” the spokesperson said.
“There are many more that have not given the game a go and might like to see what it is like.
“So, why not come and use the opportunity to achieve this for free, with no obligation.”
All you need is a pair of non-marking runners and a willingness to have fun.
The club will provide racquets, balls, eye protection, coaching, and assistance will be provided.
These nights will be held on Wednesday, January 31, Monday, February 5 and Wednesday, February 7. Each night commences at 6.30pm.
There is no age limit. For more information call 0412 036 395.
