On Saturday, July 22, the Barbers will welcome former players, coaches, committee members, officials and supporters to their club rooms in Devenish.
The reunion will be an opportunity to mark the 30-year anniversary of their 1993 reserve grade premiership and 20 years since their 2003 premiership.
Made the cut: The Barbers' 2003 premiership side.
When the Reserves won in 1993 it was the first time that the club had won a premiership of any kind since 1929.
It will also be a chance to reflect on 101 years since the club won its first premiership in 1922.
101 years: The side that won Devenish its first premiership in 1922.
While the club is not creating any more history out on the field or the courts at the moment, bringing people together at the ground where the Barbers have been playing since 1884 is a perfect way to keep memories at the front of supporters’ minds.
The club would like to see as many people at the Devenish Sportsground as possible and anyone associated with the club is invited.
With memorabilia on display, live music and a barbecue dinner all included under a small cover charge it is set to be a night of sharing stories and reminiscing about premiership glories.
