Benalla Hockey Club celebrated the end of its Stick 2 Hockey program on Thursday, July 4, with a special presentation night for families.

The final hockey games were played, with the under-8s playing an epic game of Hoctopus.
Benalla’s S2H under-8s with coaches Annie, Sophie and Erin.
The club then rewarded all players with a personalised hockey medal and a certificate with photos of their team and themselves playing.
Coaches Erin, Sophie, Annie, Amber, Jacinta, Rachel, Finn, Lee, Charlie, Talon, Jack and Abbie received special thanks from the players, with certificates signed by all their team.
Benalla’s S2H under-10s with coaches Rachel, Amber and Finn.
Special thank you medals were presented to Charlie Grimwade, who is heading off to Tasmania to attend university, and also to Amber Armstrong who completes Year 12 this year.
Both commit many hours each week to coaching the S2H kids as well as the under-15 and under-12 teams.

Everyone enjoyed a barbecue and farewell cake and are already gearing up for Fun Summer Hockey in Benalla in Term 4.
