The ambrose competition scratch winners were ‘We've only just begun’ (Barry Roe, Max Roe, Chris May and Dean Hartley) with a very neat 66, with runners up on countback ‘Asleep by Dark’ (David Hercus, Tom Bryce, Jez Bryce and Jack Tonta).
Net winners were ‘The Stiff Shafts’ (T Beer, R Quonoey, S Mirtchin and C Wallace) with a result of 54.5, and runners up were ‘Three Beers One Rum’ (Luke Keating, Daz Keating, James Mitchell & Greg Collier) with 56.6.
The 9 hole stroke event was won by ‘Citizens on Patrol’ (R Maxwell, C Ham, G Harris and C McGee) with 32, and they also won net with a handy 26.12.
Junior boys longest drive on the 2nd went to evergreen Campbell Rowan, and the junior girls longest drive went to Heidi.
Men’s longest drive on 6th was Harry Stonnill, and ladies longest drive on the 4th was Sally Whiting. NTP for the ladies on the 7th was Jenny McAllister, men’s on the 5th was Simon Packer and the open on the 10th was Lee Rowan. Second shot on the 15th was Chris May.
The mid week Wednesday stroke competition was won by Suz Graham with a net 71, and she also won putting. NTP: 16th Denise Boland.
Sunday was Medley Stableford and Ian Taylor had a day out winning with 35 points, and taking the NTP on 7th, 13th, 16th and second shot on 15th. R/u was Robyn Maxwell 33.

Wednesday's winner was Beau Walliss (45-9.5-35.5), who also won putting with 14; r/u Steve Senini 38.5.
Friday's winner was John Walker (46-11.5-34.5), r/u Joe Nicholls 36 net, putting Wayne Crew 12, and ball winner Steve Senini 37.5 net.
Saturday's winner was Steve Morgan (49-18.5-30.5), r/u Angus Coldwell (39-5-34), putting Brendan Haintz 13 putts and ball winners were John Walker 35.5, Jeremy Packer 38 and Jason Driscoll 38.
Sunday's winner was Matt Whelan with 40 points, including an eagle on the 14, r/u Jeff Stein 32 points and ball winners were Joe Nicholls 32 points and Neil Graham 29.
Next Sunday is the Men's Open, 9.30am for a 10am start. It would be great to see as many locals as possible playing. There will be toasted sandwiches provided on arrival along with a cuppa. All welcome.

Wednesday was Stroke/Club Brooch, and the winner was Hannah Kelly with 97/26/71 nett.

In the Men’s Stableford competition, the winner was James Braybon with 39 points.

There were no starters on Thursday, so no golf was played.
On Saturday, Sue Simpson was the women’s winner with 41 points, and ball winner Mary Polkinghorne with 36 points.

The men’s winner was Tony Smith with 37 points, and ball winners were Brett Shaw and Peter Brunt 33 points.
On Sunday, Deb Shaw was the women’s winner with 36 points on C/B.
Congratulations to Deb who also won the NTP on the 13th with a hole-in-one.
