Minor premiers have the first week off as the sides below jockey for position, starting with the 2 v 3 qualifying final, to be held at Heathcote this Saturday.
The winner will move on to face the number one side.
In the senior football this means North Bendigo will take on Colbinabbin, the winner to take on Mount Pleasant, while in A-grade netball the Mounts will battle White Hills to earn a shot at the Grasshoppers.
Losers will play the winner of the 4 v 5 elimination final which will be held the following day, Sunday, August 15, at Elmore.
In the seniors, Heathcote takes on Lockington-Bamawm United, while A-grade netball will see North Bendigo battle Elmore.
The minor premiers step into the spotlight in week two, in a grand final qualifier at White Hills on Saturday, August 22, while the following day will see the knockout semi-final in Mount Pleasant.
The preliminary final will be held at Huntly on August 29 and the grand final will also remain at the Hawks’ home of Strauch Reserve, the league’s usual venue for the final day.
