The 2025 edition of the Winton Festival of Speed is set to be bigger and better than ever before, with many stars and legendary cars taking to Winton Motor Raceway for the festivities this weekend from August 1 to 3.

The race meeting’s theme is celebrating 40 years of the Australian Touring Car Championship at Winton Motor Raceway.
To commemorate the milestone there is a jam-packed schedule containing many historic categories, including Group A and C Touring Cars, 5L Touring Cars and Historic Sports Sedans.
Across all the racing categories, more than 300 cars will be competing, with a further 500 on display.
Group C and A cars ran for two decades in Australia, Group C from 1973-84 and Group A from 1985-92. Cars from the era will be completing in the Four Race Challenge.

Group N will have several races, headlined by the 50km Enduro Cup, while a whole host of more modern 5 litre Touring Cars will also be on track.
The big banger Historic Sports Sedans will put on a show, along with Formula Ford, Classic Sports Cars, Porsche 994s and MG and Alfa Romeo Racing.
Stars will not only be attending the event, but also the V8 Sleuth Open Night held at the raceway.
Aaron Noonan will host an expansive list of Australian Motoring Legends on Saturday night in the Winton Showroom, with limited places available.
The cost is $45 a person, with light refreshments provided from 6.30pm, with tickets available at www.wintonraceway.com.au/tickets
Special guests include “Stormin Norman” Norm Beechey, the 1970 ATCC champion, legendary Holden Racing team manager Jeff Grech and PremiAir Racing team owner Peter Xiberras.
Well-known and renowned engineer and Holden Dealer Team race driver Ron Harrop and Dunlop Motorsport Tyres expert Russell Stuckey are some of the other big names attending.
Tabitha Ambrose, the daughter of two-time Supercars champion Marcos will pilot an ex-Warren Cullen four-door A9X Torana.

There is also a Legends of Motorsport event, with incredible cars competing.
Fans are given brilliant access to the venue, with a general admission ticket you are allowed in the pit and paddock areas, allowing you to get up close to the cars and drivers themselves.
There are many, many food trucks, to keep yourself not only full, but also hydrated.
For fans, Friday entry is free, a one-day weekend pass on either Saturday or Sunday costs $30 or $50 for two. A weekend pass costs $50 or $90 for two. Patrons 17 and under can enter for free.
Camping is available, it can be booked directly via the link for a cost of $50 a spot.
