CAULFIELD, John Richard

Passed away in the Jamestown hospital surrounded by his family on 2nd November 2025 aged 77 years.

Dearly loved and loving husband of Lyn

Will be lovingly remembered by his children and grandchildren.

We watched you fade away, our hearts breaking as we let you go. You didn’t want to leave us and though you’re gone, you did not go alone, for part of us went with you.
Our dearest husband, Dad and Poppy.
