COTGROVE, Robert (Bob)

The Australian Labor Party mourns the passing of Bob Cotgrove, aged 87. Bob was a proud Labor member for more than fifty years.

We first met Bob in the Labor party in the eighties, and from the start we valued his warmth, his work, and his unwavering commitment to our party.
Bob was a respected academic in urban planning and transport, using his expertise to champion fair and sensible policies. He remained active in Labor Party and community discussions.
We extend our deepest condolences to Bob’s beloved family. Bob’s service to Labor and to Tasmania will be always remembered.
