Royal Adeliade Hospital,

aged 94 years.

Cherished husband of Barbara Donnelly (dec).

Proud father and father-in-law of

Bern, Pam and Jane, Robyn, Anne-Marie and Gill.

Loved grandfather of Erika, Byron and Scarlett.
