Loved and loving wife of Peter (dec). Much loved mother and mother-in-law of Shane and Anna, Mandy and Roberto. Cherished and devoted Grandma to her seven grandsons - Lucas, Joseph, Damian, Matteo, Alessandro, Cristiano and Luca.
Daughter of Harold (dec) and Jean (née Grant) (dec) and stepdaughter to Lynette Goodwin (dec). Eldest sister and sister-in-law to Carole and Ken, Bill (dec) and Shirley, Margaret, Barbie and Lim, and Sandy. Loved sister-in-law to Max (dec) and Ina (dec), Rex (dec) and Gwen (dec), Denis (dec) and Alberta (dec), Joyce and John (dec). Dearly loved and respected by her many nieces and nephews.
Wendy was a woman of quiet strength and boundless curiosity, with a deep love for nature and an unwavering devotion to her family. Her absence leaves an immeasurable void in our lives, but she leaves us with many memories we will cherish.
Our thanks to the staff at the Gibson Unit, with heartfelt thanks to her wonderful doctor, Dr Anna Johnston, for her kindness and care.
Now at peace and reunited with Dad.
