Nella Poletti, aged 93, died on the morning of October 26, in the company of her niece Lina and under the tender care of Arcare Nirvana staff. Her final illness was brief and without pain. She was a beloved aunt to Lina and Rosaria, great aunt to John, Peter and James, and great great aunt to Audrey and Celeste. Her joy and kindness drew people to her, and charmed creatures on the ground and birds from the sky. Nella returns to her home - her cherished husband Carlo, her parents Rosaria and Aquilino, and all her siblings Teresa, Ida, Iolanda, Elvira, Berardino and Osvaldo.
